Shipping Policy

All artworks are securely packaged and shipped internationally from Hungary via PostNL International. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • European Union (EU): Approx. 7 business days

  • United States (USA): Approx. 14 business days

  • Asia & Australia (AU): Approx. 18 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by the postal service and customs delays are outside of my control. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be provided via email

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your packaged order (including protective packaging materials):

  • EU Countries (Tracked Shipping):

    • Rates start from €6.00 up to €22.00 depending on the order size and packaging.

    • (No customs duties or import taxes apply within the European Union.)

  • Non-EU Countries (Tracked Shipping):

    • Rates start from €9.00 up to €25.00 depending on the order size and packaging.

Returned Packages & Redelivery:

  • If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, or because it was left unclaimed at the local post office despite the tracking updates, the Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the package redelivered.

  • A new tracking number will be provided once the secondary shipping payment is cleared.

Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their destination country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection processes.
