Welcome to Bogi Grell Fine Art (accessible via bogigrellfineart.com). These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Service Provider for custom artworks, commissions, and digital services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service Provider (Legal Information)

The website and art services are operated under the commercial brand Bogi Grell Fine Art. Legal representation and invoicing are provided by:

2. Commission Ordering Process & Deposits

  • Deposit: To secure a commission slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before any artistic work begins.

  • Cancellation Policy: The Buyer has a 24-hour window from the moment the deposit is paid to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Once 24 hours have passed, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable to cover administrative costs and material preparations.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total price, plus shipping costs, must be paid in full upon the completion and approval of the artwork, prior to shipping.

3. Rush Orders (Express Creation)

  • If the Buyer requires the artwork to be completed under a tight deadline (outside the standard 2-4 week timeline), a +25% Rush Fee will be applied to the base price of the commission.

  • Rush orders are subject to availability and must be explicitly agreed upon prior to payment.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways. We accept:

  • Stripe (including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay)

  • PayPal

5. Returns and Refunds for Custom Art

  • Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of original portraits and commissions, final returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the artwork has been completed and approved by the Buyer via photo/video preview.

6. Copyright and Usage

  • The Artist (Bogi Grell Fine Art) retains all copyrights to the created artwork, including the right to produce prints, reproductions, or use the image for promotional/marketing purposes.

  • The Buyer receives the physical artwork for personal use only and may not resell, replicate, or use the image for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Artist.
